I loved watching this young man's
video audition on the X Factor.
When I am out in the world where
most of us non celebrities live
working with small business owners,
I see an almost constant pessimism.
It's sad that we tend to give in to
the almost constant bombardment of
negativity in the world.
the fact is all of us big or small,
tall or short, fat or skinny, have
our own individual gifts and talents.

A simple change in focus can move virtually

Danyl Johnson nails it !
Danyl Johnson is having a heck of a lot
of fun while he wows the judges on the X factor.
Even the super cynical Simon Cowell.
You know what, that's the way life is supposed to be.
Who doesn't enjoy watching someone put themselves
out there and take a chance on going BIG and nailing it ?
This show and similar ones to it really do give people
the opportunity to showcase their amazing talents and gifts.
More of us should step up and take the shot that we know we want to take.

absolute joy and it felt really good.
As I read some of the comments beneath the
video I saw the reason for my life's passion.
There is an awful lot of doubt and distrust

and get to a place where life is purposeful
fun and even joyful on a regular basis.
