I loved watching this young man's
video audition on the X Factor.
When I am out in the world where
most of us non celebrities live
working with small business owners,
I see an almost constant pessimism.
It's sad that we tend to give in to
the almost constant bombardment of
negativity in the world.
the fact is all of us big or small,
tall or short, fat or skinny, have
our own individual gifts and talents.

A simple change in focus can move virtually
anyone towards a much larger and better life.
